My philosophy is to achieve your goals you must change the way you eat. Eating good quality low fat food is the key. There is no such thing as a diet only sensible eating habits. I won’t make you drink endless amounts of shakes and limit the amount of carbs you eat. I want you to make sensible food choices that you can fit into your lifestyle.
