If you are looking to improve your diet why not sign up for a full nutritional analysis. Using the aid of a food diary let me help you look at what you eat and see if I could give you some advice on how you could improve the way you eat. After all there’s no point in doing good exercise if you are eating poorly.


My philosophy is to achieve your goals you must change the way you eat. Eating good quality low fat food is the key. There is no such thing as a diet only sensible eating habits. I won’t make you drink endless amounts of shakes and limit the amount of carbs you eat. I want you to make sensible food choices that you can fit into your lifestyle. It’s all about portion control and making healthy choices.
